Yes. A business connects its own Google account once; after that every saved document is filed in its Google Drive, and quotations go into its Google Calendar and Tasks. Documents can be emailed from the business’s own address or shared on WhatsApp.
Each business’s records are separated at the database level, connections are encrypted, and sign-in tokens and passwords are stored encrypted. Our support staff can only open a live business’s workspace with its owner’s approval. See our Privacy Policy for details.
